Events
Various events within NIM can trigger a notification, either via email or SMS. Such events may include the evaluation of a synchronization task, a successfully reset password, an expiring certificate, and more.
In order to send messages from NIM in response to these events, you must create an event action and pair it with a notification template. The conditions of whether or not a notification should be sent can be narrowed down by using event filters.
